Reset of your account is possible ONLY under the preparation phase for a remote examination

Click the cogwheel icon to reset your account. This can be used if you:

  •  want to remove a bad face id image & replaced with a new one
  • if you want to change device, due to a technical problem. You need to do this first before you change device (faceid need to be removed from the first device)

  • Click at the Reset preparation button

You have successfully reset your account.

Remove faceid

  • Open remoteexam app
  • Enter your lastname and booking code (spelling from invitation letter)
  • Setup your account again with a proper faceid

Change computer
