This artivle describes how to change your picture inside the remote exam software during the preparation phase of a remote examination.
Some people end up with a bad picture (two persons) inside the remoteexam app.
Find site
- 1. Go to this site: https://examcandidateportal.azurewebsites.net/ (lastname and booking code (spelled as in invitation letter)
- Or start the remote exam app and click on the link Take me to the portal
If you have problems loading the page, after entering the login details, just refresh the page, to enter the site:
Reset
- Click the cogwheel icon to reset your account
- Click at the Reset preparation button
You have successfully reset your account.
- Start the remote exam app again.
- Enter your lastname and booking code (spelling from invitation letter)
- Install the software by following the How to prepare your computer
- Prepare to take a good picture
