Depending on local regulation you may need to have the items below setup:

Boarding the exam (30 minutes before exam start)

The boarding process is when you are admitted to the exam waiting area. In order to be admitted the software performs a facial recognition.

  • Make sure you have a working internet connection
  • IMPORTANT! Disconnect any extra screens. Only one screen is allowed!
  • Start the Remote Exam software on the computer you did the setup

  • When the software indicates that "Boarding is open", look into the camera and then click on "Start".

  • Once identified you will be presented with a list of available exam parts. Each exam part has a starting time. You will not be able to start an exam part until the indicated time, so you may need to wait for a while after being boarded.

  • You can start the exam part when the indicator says "Available now". Click on the available exam part to start and then click on "Start" in the part description dialog.

The exam should be available to start on the advertised time, but sometimes shorter delays may occur. For longer delays an announcement will be sent to you.

If you are waiting for a part to become available, you can still click on it and read information that may be available about the exam part.

Video of a Demo examination

  • While you wait for your boarding code, you can check out a video of a demo examination.
