If you are having problems with the camera not working, i.e. the camera image is white or not displaying at all. This could be due to the privacy setting in Windows blocking usage of the camera for the Orzone Remote Exam application.
- Press the "Start" button and then click on the "Settings" button in the left menu.
- Write "Camera" and then select the "Camera privacy settings" option
- Scroll down and find "Orzone Remote Exam" in the list of applications, and make sure that the switch is enabled.
- Restart the Orzone Remote Exam application and continue the checkin process.
