Install ZOOM at your computer


How to download Zoom on your PC

  1. Open your computer's internet browser and navigate to the Zoom website at Zoom.us.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Download" on the web page's footer.
  3. On the Download Center page, click "Download" under the "Zoom Client for Meetings" section.
  4. The Zoom app will then begin downloading

  1. Examiner receives a Zoom link to a specific meeting room for the examination
  2. This link will be used for the examination day


Install WhatsApp

During the examination, the examiners need a channel to communicate with technical support staff and between different zoom rooms.



You will get an invitation from the Society, to guide you to the correct WhatsApp channel.


Communication


Technical problem

During the examination, it is important to keep communication to a minimum. If you have a candidate with technical issues during the examination, just type which room number you´re in and the candidate's number (or name). 


The society may have a specific communication protocol, if you want to reach a specific society member(or group of people) you can search/click on their name and communicate to them in person, without bothering the public channel.
